Any idea of when the next release of Libre Pilot and what new features it may have?

I don't know about a date, and when ever we guess it always takes longer.   ::)

The current development version is called 'next'.  It can be built and tested by users.  There are even threads that post the current snapshot of 'next'.

What feature is needed ? ;)
As far as I know "next" branch contains osg view, GCS camera view, some camera control, some fixes to aswa, D-Shot, new oplink page, some change in EKF. There are also nice things working  but not merged yet like at least 3 flight controllers, new expo, ESC passthrough, osd setup, sdcard recording. For full list of changes it is better to check next branch git log. I think devs are focusing on developing than often releases. There should be automatic builds on Travis afaik but I don't know how to find that. Cliff do you know maybe ?

Sorry.  I don't know whether we have a working automatic build process.
