Title: New Eachine 250 not connecting

Hello,
New Eachine 250, not able to connect.  I have read through all I can find, and here is where I am at

- When I plug it in USB, windows tries to install CP2102 USB UART
- I read that it should come up as USB HID device (CopterControl)

Anything else I can try?  Tried 3 different computers and USB cables.

Hi, welcome.

If windows detect a CP2102 device your board is certainly a F3 board - Naze32 like.
Try Betaflight or cleanFlight.
