Title: What about add a Chinese board?

Dear Administrator
      I am a fan of librepilot/openpilot, also a hardware engineer.
I know many fans of librepilot/openpilot, but they are not familiar with English or other languages,
So could you please add a Chinese board in the International Forums, that may easy for Chinese to discuss.
