Hi, welcome.

Your quad seems similar to the Eachine250, at least for the frame/arms/motors.
You can import Eachine250 the template for some PID settings base. Tools > Import/Export templates

If you start from scratch you can do a Vehicle setup wizard and select the right template at end, followed by a transmitter wizard.
Before flying, check the outputs that should be at least set to PWM-490Hz.

Ok thank you and if I could ask why one more question. After going through the setup for the quad,  it asks me to do the trAnsmitter setup. I go ahead and do that and when it comes to the screen where you mimic what the controller is doing, my throttle stick starts out about the middle and it won't let me bring it down kinda stays between the middle and top and seems to flicker between diff channels when I copy what it asks? Any ideas guys?

I don't understand the issue you have with the TX Wizard...
Here is how the TX Wizard reacts, switching to next stick to detect every time you move the requested stick.
