Title: Mag settings

I have a revo with v9 gps, when setting it up im having problems with my aux mag, the onboard is ok. does the revo have a mag? or just the gps? am I missing something?

Your aux mag has never been calibrated.  You must do mag calibration with aux mag plugged in and configured, and with flight battery plugged in.
