any tips on using a cc3d to lmit weelee or rollover on 1:8 or 1:10 scale rc truck
heading control is a nice feature, but would like to use its other gyros to correct for rollover in cornering and limit throttle at weelee
body roll = correct with steering mix
pitch up = correct with throttle mix

It's going to have a hard time telling the difference between climbing a 30 degree hill and a 30 degree wheelie. I would want wheelie control to stop it as soon as it lifts.
You might be able to use rate mode and have it reduce a quick angle change (wheelie), but allow power for a slow angle change. It might slow down a little when first starting up a hill... This would also work for braking too fast causing front flips. Adjust the PIDs for the best compromise between these two scenarios.
I remember someone using rate mode on yaw to make it handle corners better without spinning out.

the cc3d has acceleremeters, use them also
20° incline with 1.2g along x and z axis = reduced throttle
then it can accelerate up hill at under 1.2g rate
