Title: Simple setup ?
Post by: vk4tec on April 05, 2017, 01:44:26 pm
Hello

I have equiped myself with Revo and uplink built in.

I can see an advantage in not having the telemetry and GPS option, instead just using the cc3d for fixed wing as an inboard flight controller.

What board would I then consider ? is this called the cc3d mini ?

You can find officially supported hardware which was tested to work with firmware here https://librepilot.atlassian.net/wiki/display/LPDOC/Supported+Hardware
As far as I know CC3D Atom is the smaller derivative version of CC3D board (just gyro and accel, no telemetry, no navigation with gps option). It is much cheaper than full-blown Revolution board, but does the job.
I have never used any Atom though. I would ask seller first what firmware it can run.
