I was wondering if anybody had any idea why my CC3D controlled 210 quadcopter keeps falling out the sky. Its using a spektrum satellite receiver and a DX9. I have checked continuity and power supply to all components and all are fine. The control board is brand new (this problem also occurred when I used my old cc3d atom). It's almost as though the satellite receiver keeps going into failsafe mode. Any help would be much appreciated thanks!

Hi, welcome.
Please post your config file:
File > Export UAV Settings while the board is connected.
-
Here is the file, thanks in advance for your help!
-
This file shows nothing.
File > Export UAV Settings while the board is connected.
Is the board connected ?
-
I shall try the process again

Here it is, I am assuming I needed everything powered up.

Same issue, this file is empty, or similar default settings after erase.
Connected mean the Hardware tab is displayed and you can see some activity in Flightdata tab / PFD.

Yeah everything is plugged in, I can see the gyro moving correctly and when I press export it says the file has been saved
-
Thats odd, i have just noticed that when i plug the cc3d back in all the settings are erased and all my esc calibration/setup has gone??!

Assuming you are using 15.09, you can upgrade to lasted version, 16.09 - Black Rhino

I have been trying to re set all my settings but when using the wizard it keeps crashing and wont ever let me use a dsmx setting ( I know you can change this later on) But nothing seems to be working. The board is brand new

How did you setup the board previously ?
-
I simply used the setup wizzard for the quadcopter and to bind the controller I used the inbuilt settings to set the reciever to bind when turned on. Once everything was setup i tired it on its first flight and it still fell out of the sky at random but frequent intervals
