While trying to do a setup of my CC3D in the setup wizard, I was going through the transmitter part and ran into a problem. The instructions said to move the throttle stick, and I did but it didn't detect it. Does anyone know why this is happening? I have a D4r-ii receiver and a Taranis X9D Plus transmitter. The receiver is in PPM mode and is bound with the transmitter.

Hi, welcome.
No need to start the TX wizard, you should see some receiver activity before start.

Double check the input used in Hardware page, should be PPM_Pin8 and signal wire used is pin8.

Remember every change in hardware tab need a reboot : remove all the power from the board and connect again.
Be sure you added the jumper and connected the signal wire to the right receiver port.
