Title: Revolution - OpenLRS GCS connection problem
Post by: kasperaki on January 02, 2017, 06:33:14 am
Hello,
I have setup on the revolution the included rfm22b modem to
receive PPM+data from a 9x with orangerx 1w OpenLRS module and disabled
rc input since its not used anymore.

Controlling the quad works perfectly, but i'm unable to connect from GCS
to the quad by using the UART adapter to the OpenLRS module(on 9x transmitter) remotely.

Is there some procedure I should do / or I can do?

OpenLRS module on the 9x has been configured with the following settings:
Serial Baudrate: 57600
Data Rate: 19200
Telemetry: Yes (isn't this the passthru mode?)
and im using standard OpenLRS firmware (v3.8.8).
My goal is to make configuration changes on the quad remotely(disarmed ofcourse lol  :P )
Thanks in advance for any help. :)

I'm happy to hear that OpenLRS control is working well for you, but unfortunately, generic serial over OpenLRS is not currently supported.  Basic (OpenLRS) telemetry should work, although that has not been tested by me.
