Can i use Black Rhino GCS with 16.09 RC2 Firmware on my board without issues?
Cause i made some changes in the 16.09 RC2 firmware because of wrong Baro. Just needed to change some lines of sensor reading in sensors.c
Otherwise i need to add these changes to the Firmware in Black Rhino and recompile it...And just uninstalled linux environment :-)

You probably can. If it works, it works. :)
The main reason you have to match GCS and firmware versions is because UAVObject IDs sometimes change between releases. I don't think any have changed since RC2.
