Title: PFD not working on Windows 7/8

Hello,

I can't seem to get the PFD plugin working  on Windows - both on the binary package and compiled src. I've compiled OpenScenegraph and Osgearth and even tried using OpenGL Mesa driver but nothing works. I will appreciate any help.

Everything works well on Ubuntu/Fedora.

You are not supposed to compile osg/osgearth. We use the ones that come from msys2.

You can get a log from GCS with "-log log.txt". Might give us a clue.

Using the GCS installed using the binary package from here: https://librepilot.atlassian.net/wiki/display/LPDOC/16.09+RC+Downloads

Try reset the GCS config: File > GCS Settings Import/Export > Reset config and restart GCS

If still not working, post the log file
