Title: Rate Trainer Mode
Post by: JanithMS on November 17, 2016, 11:52:40 am
People say that flying with "rate" mode is not a good idea for beginners like me. :-[ So From the beginning I used to fly with Auto Level mode. But I experienced that its not giving me the full response from sticks.I found that there is a mode called "Rate trainer". I don't know whats mean by that but it seems similar to rate mode.Should I try that?

You will find some information here:

Same as Rate, but with bank angle limitation.

In rate trainer mode it works like rate mode but you set the rotation limits so you don't roll or flip accidently. As for learning, everyone tells me I should have started in full rate mode. I learned to fly in Rattitude mode but now I'm struggling to learn flying in full rate mode. It's harder but I think you progress faster.
