nvm my mistake cc3d is unsupported but how can i use easy tune?

Right, CC3D do not support Autotune for now.

iv done that but when moving the knobs the pids dont change

So it seems you didn't setup the TxPid/EasyTune correctly.

Moving one knob allow PID changes on one axis.

yup fixed that problem so how do i know when the pid is perfect

You simply need to find the point where oscillations or rebound after flips appears and lower a bit.
