Title: Controll cc3d by onboard processor
Post by: flexbex on August 23, 2016, 05:58:46 am
Hey I have a rasberry pi which should, if enabled, controll my cc3d with pitch, yaw and roll commands. In the moment I use a gx16 reciever with pwm to controll the fc. My question now is what would be the best way to controll the fc from two sources.
In this project

he simply put the controller simply in between reciever and cc3d. But then pwm has always be read out and generated on Rasbery even if it doesn't manipulate signal. So for security(fc is always controllable even when Rb pi hangs up) and performance reasons I would prefer to have my Rasberry conected to a different port of the fc. Any recommendation for that aproach.

A simple search of the forums will show several threads on hooking up raspberry pi and other computers to control cc3d and revo flight controllers.

A lot of people have problems with search, if you search while in a topic or section that's all it searches.  You have to click LibrePilot Forum above-left to go to the top to search all the sub-forums.

It's not really necessary to delete the topic.  :)
