Whats the issue ?

Go the the Input tab > Arming Settings and choose the Accessory you want as Arming switch.
This mean you previously assigned a switch with a channel output in your radio and moved the switch during transmitter wizard so the Accessory is already found.
After the wizard be sure the neutral on accessory is set at middle range.

A neat trick if you have a decent radio is setup the arm switch to only be active for a short period of time after a momentary switch is hit. But that's all setup through the transmitter.

I switch arm, accessory 0, 2 position switch.  You may have to adjust the neutral value to make it arm/disarm reliably.
