Title: Auto Takeoff/Landing for Fixwing
Post by: chief on July 07, 2016, 09:12:07 pm
Hello..

I'm new to this community and was wondering if anyone has succeeded using the Open Pilot Revolution STM32F4 Flight Controller with a fixwing aircraft on auto takeoff and landing.

Is it possible?  I'm looking into working on one of my fixwing aircraft to see if it's actually possible using Librepilot and the Revo..

Thanks,
Ben

Can be done using Next branch, there is some code added for that.

Not tested myself but should work.
There is parameters in FixedWingPathFollowerSettings > TakeOff or Landing Pitch

Welcome here.

Sorry..I will have to learn the lingo with this new board and software!

Next branch.. Dunno what that means.

Also where can I read up on the parameters for the fixwingpath script?

Thanks for the response.

Ben

The next branch refers to the dev branch or working branch for next release.
You can build yourself the current code:

All UAVObjects are available in System tab and UAVOBrowser.
