Hello,
I'm sorry for newbe question. It looks very logical to connect RX pin on CC3D to Smart Port pin on RX and have a telemetry output from flight controller.
But I cannot find setting for this in LIbre Pilot.
Could you please assist?

Smart port is not yet supported, so the "no settings" issue is normal.

Any case it works well and flies stable without Smart Port :-)
