Hi Guys just a small problem I think, I have been using a cc3d for a while with the old flight controller programme since moving over to libre pilot my quad flips very slow, I'm using the same settings I had before and it used to flip really fast.
But now it flips really slow and I cant work out why, I've pushed every thing up to insane, but it has not made much difference.
Here are a few pics of my setting, the cc3d is in a SRD Type A quad
All help is appreciated.

Post pictures or something more helpful we can look at. Without your setting we cannot tell what might be going on
-
I have posted a few pics of my cc3d settings in my original post

Hi!
I cannot see a ... nything on the attached pictures... Could you just make them as screenshots and attached directly avoiding doc?
What are "max rate limit" values on the second page?
-
Thoes pictures are so blurry. Can't read any numbers. But if your max rate limit is lower than your rate mode response it will only ever rotate as fast as your max rate limit.

Be sure Rate limit... do not limit.

Your rates settings are low
From what I can make or it looks like 300 degrees power second. Bump it up to like 720 degrees power second. And max rate to 720.

hi guys sorry about the blurry pics I will post some screen shots later today, thank you for helping me out.

If you really want to share your settings, simply post your config file:
File > Export UAV settings

Hear are my settings I have just upped the rates as you will see if there is anything else I need to change let me know
-
Sorry but most settings do not make sense.
Bank2 (used for Acro+):
Why set Attitude response to 100° ?
You should set / adjust the Acro+ factor here, all other rates can be low or default.

Take a look here:

Bank3, used for Rate
Same here, why 129° for attitude response ?

This not used at all in Rate.

You should start adjusting your PID, i doubt those settings are fine.

Try using EasyTune for example.
No need to duplicate banks, the simplest, the better at beginning.
https://librepilot.atlassian.net/wiki/display/LPDOC/EasyTune
TPS is the very last step to improve behavior at full throttle and remove some oscillations, tune PID first
-
thank you for your help, all this tuning is new to me and I'm still trying to make heads and tails of it I will post the original settings that it came with maybe I should start from there
Here are the original settings I have not touched them
-
Well those settings are from a old Gcs version...
Most UAVO changed since 14.10 and you should avoid importing all this settings.
Start using Easytune, those PID settings are really strange :)
Better learn and go forward.
-
so if I want to start from scratch where do I start first
-
Vehicle Wizard and next EasyTune
I think i already posted all links in previous posts ?
You can find all information in this wiki page:

-
thank you I will give it a go, at the moment I have reset every thing back to gcs default settings.
-
what would be a good attitude mode response (Deg) setting, I have max rate at 720 and rate mode at 720
Here are my settings.
-
I set my attitude angle limit to maybe 65-75*. And rates about 600-650*/second. That way it moves fast to 65-75 degrees and that's it. 600 degrees is plenty fast for rate mode flying. But 65-75 degrees should be good for casual cruising

I appreciate all the help guys, will let you know how it all works out.
