Title: a life of it's own
Post by: mino on May 11, 2016, 01:51:54 pm
Hi!
I just don't get it.... I have run setup a number of times. Same result: When activating throttle it kind of just accellerate untill max. When activating Thr and then pitch, roll or jaw the thr rpm climbs like I had ex pitch/thr mix which I do not have. I even changed the reciever and reset transmitter. Same result. Any ideas? I haven't put on props yet. I can hear and see that the quad just would bank over or fly away. Attached the rc inputs. Thanks!

I think you set the channels wrong. Throttle should be set to Channel 3, not 1. Channel 1 is usually for Roll, Channel 2 for Pitch and Channel 4 for Yaw.

No channel is set for Flight Mode, any reason?

It also seems that your transmitter sticks are not calibrated, or there was no valid input data at all at the moment the screenshot is taken.

Thanks for the reply! I have chosen not to activate any flghtmode - just four channels. Keep it simple. All four channels from board are in the right numbers 1-4 on RX. AETR. What do you mean sticks not calibrated? Have been running the TX setup several times. No valid input data, meaning? The board is hooked up as you can see and the respons correspond with the bars. Throttle up bar moves to the end. But the numbers on the rc input page channel 1-4 should they be 3, 1, 2, 4?  TAER? Seems weird to me. The board was untill yesterday flashed with open pilot and have been flying perfect. Then installed Libre and re-calibrated esc's. Have started over and over again.
