Title: Issues arming esc's together.

Can anyone help.  I'm using Revolution mini,  next branch, ext mag/gps via i2c on flexi port,  op link setup..  all working nice. The end is in sight 😆
Only issue is when connecting power not all esc's arm together. One, then another. Sometimes a third/fourth but not always.
Using an ia6b receiver connected via ppm. Using the red black white wires ppm pin 1.receiver is picked up in transmitter wizard and working correctly when the esc's do arm. 
Issue only happens if esc are set as rapid. They are simonk esc 12a so my understanding is it supports rapid.

Is the issue related to pwm sync. The setup wizard sets motors 1-3 as pwm sync but motor 4 pwm only.   

I read that this is only supported on ppm8 not ppm1 but the page only showed the CC3D and atom.. So I'm unsure.  do I need to swap my tx back to pwm,  or update esc firmware to blheli? Any input much appreciated.

I'm having the same issue but I'm on MultiShot.  Maybe they go about setting up the ESC then what say RaceFlight.
