Title: Port Tau Labs UAVOMavlinkBridge UAVO to Mavlink Bridge Module

Hi all,

would it be possible to port the UAVO Mavlink brigde to Librepilot. I don't have the competence to start doing it myself, and I don't really know the history of OP, Tau, Libre etc. but it looks like it's built upon the OP code at least...
