Hello, What does the vertical and horizontal PositionHoldOffset Do? Should i change from default that is [Horizontal 30m and Vertical 15m]?

not clear for a french guy, but i am to curious ;)

It's my understanding that these are only used so the aircraft has a reference direction when switching into PH. There are some settings that allow you to for instance make the yaw direction always correspond to the direction of flight so it is always flying with the nose forward. In PH there is no "forward". This gives it one in places where it is needed.
I have never seen a case where it needed to be changed.
