Title: Comparison cc3d(atom) to revo(mini)
Post by: tuor on March 23, 2016, 12:55:04 pm
Hi Folks,

I am looking for information about the differences in using the cc3d or the revo in a micro-helicopter.
There are many information about the different features, but less about the feeling in using them as FBL-System only.
Are them different resistance against vibration?
I am converting a 130x to 150X with LP at the moment, that is a really small platform and using GPS etc is not planned.

So, is anybody using both and can give a little report?

I don't see any difference in flying. I have two Atoms and one revo(mini) on 3 different 250 helicopters.

I had three helis set up in OP with CC3D Atom boards. I changed one to a Nano Reolution Mini. All three are using LP now. The PID numbers are smaller in LP than OP.

And I don't see any differences in performance on the Mini compared to the Atoms.
