Title: Missing the Video Gadget from GCS|Tools|Options

I had issues with my installation of LP 16.09 next r782 on this pc win 10 machine, it could not recognize revo boards when connected with usb. So I made an uninstall and downloaded installed again.

Now, the beloved Video Gadget is missing from GCS|Tools|Options  :(
Should be listed at the end and look like this:

Can anyone please check if your Video gadget is still there in r782?
If others have it, then its likely a local issue?

Thanks, yes i copied that gstreamer directory from r589 installation already.
Even back at that time the whole Video gadget was never missing, so it should maybe be something else change?

Solved.
After a more complete/total un-install of all GCS components (it asked for a reboot to continue this time), I installed it again and now the Video gadget is back.
To make the rest work I had to go back the settings in the forum and also again copy over the gstreamer library from next r589.
Now its fully back.
