Hello,
I tried to install librepilot 16.09 on ubuntu 17.04,
I didn't manage to do it
Tried all install files
typed the following lines in the terminal:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:librepilot/tools
sudo apt-get update
It seems that it doesn't get all the paquets and then can't install the app
Pls
Anyone can help ?

That is for building it from source code...
Simply download the correct version and double click it or do:
dpkg -i installfile.deb
Look here for your download file

Usual way is add the ppa/release but currently repository is not updated with latest Ubuntu releases.
This means you cannot find compatible package to the Download page.
Try installing manually one following package for Ubuntu 17.04 - zesty, according to the arch you have:
amd64: librepilot_16.09-0zesty1_amd64.deb (https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B5d_9OcqQj8Bc2IyQWM4ZDUwanM)
i386: librepilot_16.09-0zesty1_i386.deb (https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B5d_9OcqQj8BMVJQek96U0xCTEU)
