i am a question.can you tell me about in case a quadrotor with cc3d controller can working properly with bidirectional esc?

It is uncommon, but it has been done.  I have not heard of anyone doing it in a long time.

There are safety issues, arming issues, etc.

After getting if flying in rate mode, take props off, look into changing System->Settings->MixerSettings->Mixer#Type from Motor to ReversableMotor (yes, it is spelled wrong.  :) )  When you get it working (esc/motor neutrals, arming, disarming, safety) OK with props off, you might try flying it.
