I've been told endpoints should be 1000 to 2000 but these are mine after completing the vehicle wizard. Flies fine. Are they OK like this?

Anything that is detected automatically (and works ;) ) is fine. That timing looks exactly like my FrSky Taranis SBus setup.
Expect 1000 to 2000 for PWM / PPM setups. Also normal mode ESCs use 1000 to 2000, but 1000 to 1900 will get you all the way up to the 500Hz used in PWMSync.
