Title: Reverse Polarity on OSD while plugged into FlexiO

Subject says it all. Now GCS will recognize the FC if I click rescue first then plug in. Upgrade and erase also work but when powered up I only get a green power light. I've inspected the board and dont see any damaged components. What exactly happened here? Can this board be fixed? I am an experienced Electronics repair technician so no worries about skill in getting it done. Just have a hard time figuring out exactly what is wrong.
