Sometimes , yes.
Usually an icky connection.
(Seems that a poor solder joint will somehow behave itself when enough power flowing through it. But an electrical engineer I am not !)
Either one of the three motor wires or the signal wire to esc .

Also poss worth removing motor screws , and any swarf in threads , and 'shortening' screws with a washer. Or use shorter screws.

Checked the three motor wires. They were good, but I resoldered anyway. I'll check the signal wire. Getting tired of this problem. Sometimes I power up and it flips over because of the one motor twitching.

I experienced it.  I ended up ordering a replacement

My experience (in order of probability):
- bad factory solder connection on bullet connectors (usually motor side) (resolder it)
- burned out motor wire (replace the motor) (I have rewound motors, but it is more expense and trouble than it is worth)
- burned out ESC (replace the ESC)

I must add:  If all four do it, you may have a mismatch on the ESC signal protocol.  Try PWMSync instead of OneShot, etc.
