Instead or txPID and simple Roll Rate variable you should use the easyTune feature:
https://librepilot.atlassian.net/wiki/display/LPDOC/EasyTune

That strange you have same PID values for Roll axis and Pitch.
Remove the Tps that should be added at end for very fine tuning.

Be sure the outputs uses OneShot or PwmSync, not PWM-50Hz

You should set values in the range you expect for your quad, mean the P term

10x4.5 SF props are too big for A2212 1400KV motors on 3s lipo.  I run them on A2212 1000KV and they are almost too big there.  I also run 10x4.5 SF cut down to 9x4.5 on A2212 1000KV and they seem about right.

That could be part of your stabil problem.

After you put smaller props on your motors (maybe cut down and balance your 10x4.5 to 8.5x4.5, but I would go down to 8x4.5)
if you are still interested in tuning your PIDs, first I would recommend just using default values, not from cloud config or some friend recommendations.  :)  Try that.

If you want to try AutoTune, you can download 16.09 RC and use these instructions.
