Title: CC3d Wiring question
Post by: cchavezpadky on August 30, 2016, 06:59:00 pm
Hello, I am new to quads. This is my first build.
I have a CC3D Flight controller and a FrySky-D8R-II-Plus

Does anyone have a wiring scheme I could follow. I am not sure where to cable up my FC to the Receiver.

I appreciate any and all help and thank you in advance.

Hi, welcome.

You should do the wiring like that:

Every connector position doesn't matter, the Tx Wizard will detect the activity while you move a specific stick/switch.

f5soh  Thank you for the reply.

I'm looking at my wire harness and the color code seems different, based on the picture.
Would you mind taking a second and helping me with pin position.
My harness -6 cables
This is the cable that came with the CC3D.

1- Black, Red, White  "3" wires
2- Red  "1" Wire
3- Purple "1" Wire
4- Green  "1" Wire
5- Yellow  "1" Wire
6- Black  "1" Wire

if I am hearing you correctly.

On the Receiver -
port 1 goes to cable harness (Black, Red, White)

2-6 can be in any order?

Thank you again

The order doesn't really matter but for convenience troubleshooting later they're usually connected in the same order they come off the other connector.

I just can get my flight mode switch working if keep channel five empty and connect last 2 wires in channel 6 and 7. I got same board and same receiver
