I would like to ask if i will use the revo board without the antenna is this harmful for the board?

Only if you set Max Power different from zero. If you set OPLink module to have Rf output, you have to plug an antenna.

Configuration > OPLink > Max Power
Default is zero, so it's safe without antenna.
