Title: Flightmode (switching) problems
Post by: Dark-Hawk on March 25, 2016, 04:07:09 pm
Hi,

I'm using an Spektrum DX6i RC, which has no dedicated flightmodeswitch, but I'm able to configure the RC so that a combination of switches will result in multiple flightmodes (5 so far). This works fine, on the "RC Input" tap in librepilot I can switch between flightmodes 1,2,3,4,5 .

But:
If I open the "Flight Mode Switch Settings"-tap and do the same switching (on my rc) as on the "RC Input"-tap, I can switch only between 3,4 and 5, what am I doing wrong?

(I'm using an Revolution, but I guess this doesn't really matter)

Try redo Tx wizard, this pos not at max/min value is strange:

thats coming from my manual channel calibration. but in general it should be ok right? if the trigger points in the "1" area (so somewhere in the first blue block) it should be recognized as flightmode 1, if it's in the first orange (2) area i should be flightmode two and so on, right?

Manual calibration should not set values outside channel range, please try Manual calibration again.

If you are not sure, check the code and report a bug.

ok, I found the problem. the neutral was set close to min, changed it to center, and now everything works
