Title: How do I setup for more than 3 flight modes on Revo?
Post by: jorgeluis1027 on March 25, 2016, 12:42:01 am
Good day to all, I want to setup more flight modes on my Revo flight controller. I have a devo10 with deviation firmware. My fc is installed in a predator 650 quad which I intend to use for photography. It also has an external OP GPS connected. I already have flight modes setup on a 3 position switch. I would like to have at least 2 or 3 more flight modes. I have another 3 position switch setup on channel 6 on the receiver. Using the spare wire (aux) that connects to the fc. What do I do? Please excuse me if I seem a little dunce. Thanks.

On a DEVO 6 with Deviation I use FMODE and DR switches to realise a 6 Pos switch.
I'll attach two model.ini files. Model1 is a quadcopter using arducopter, model14 is a 450-heli with revo board. Both with 6 flight modes. Positions as follows:
1 - FM0-DR0
2 - FM1-DR0
3 - FM2-DR0
4 - FM2-DR1
5 - FM1-DR1
6 - FM0-DR1
Take a look at settings for channel 5.
