Trying to enable this so that I can play with the PID setting but it wont save?
using cc3d with s-bus
-
Are you using "Always Armed" ?
To enable TxPID module:
- Go to TxPid tab
- Enable the module (checkbox)
- Save
- Reboot, disconnect board: remove battery and usb connector.
- Connect board
-
No, using yaw right to arm.
I tried to do that but when I hit save, it shows a red X
-
Just follow steps above.
After you save the "enabled" state you need a reboot.
-
So even though a red X shows on the save button, it should save properly once i do the reboot?
-
After you saved you can check the [ ? ] status in SystemHealth, the board ask for reboot.
-
ok im going to try this again and report back
-
Well it seems like it saved this time around, now i just need to figure out how to properly adjust the setting for the PID.
-
So whats the best way to go about using the PID tuning? Where do I start?
-
Maybe try the easyTune feature ?
If you are using Sbus you can affect two knobs for Pitch en Roll.

Increase the values and stop when you see oscillations or rebounds while doing flips and rolls, pretty easy when flying FPV.
