Triple check that...

Motors are turning in the correct direction as shown in the vehicle setup screens.

Props are facing the right direction, letters facing up, convex side facing up.

If they're both right try the motor neutral calibration again.

Those symptoms are obviously unusual but nothing I have any experience with. I'd try the ESC and motor calibration again, and do them individually not all at the same time.

Check if the motor of the ESC which makes problem rotates at all. I had ESCs starting to contuously beep with BLHeli, I never checked what's the reason for the beeps, but I solved the issue by changing the BEC, the old one did not produce sufficient power for the FC.

you need a BEC to power the Flight Controller. Sometimes this is included to the Power Distribution Board, some people prefer to always use a seperate BEC. To my experience, ESC integrated BECs do not work well. The one isse which I would check is your beeping ESC, there is certainly something wrong with it and you need to find out what it is. To my experience if an ESC behaves different to the rest, the quad will not be able to take off. I had ESCs which were broken from the beginning, and I had a PDB BEC which broke after only five minutes, so it may be a good idea to check those points.
