I have a plan to DIY a quadcopter. There is a list about the Materials, some I have bought, but some others I don't know how to choose, I hope you can give me some advice.
Frame: High load requirements, up to several kilograms, Commonly used nylon, carbon fiber, they are high-strength low-weight
matrials
Motors: Brushless motor, to provide more lift
Electronic Speed Control: Brushless motors have a special sequence control, and need large current output, you can buy a brand Electronic Speed Control.
Propellers: Larger and Thicker propellers, To provide more lift
Battery: 3s 2200mAh lipo battery
Main Control Board: Dedicated main Control Board, with its Own stability program; External inputs and outputs used to dock
Remote control: 2.4G radio: Long distance control, Dedicated remote control
This is my plan, but most matrials I have not bought. Just need some advice. Thanks.

What exactly are you wanting to do? You say heavy lift. But thats it, are yoy wanting to lift a nice camera to do arial photography? What have you bought so far? Give us some more info

The one thing you listed a spec on, the battery, is a bit small if you want to lift several kilograms. :)
Don't be afraid to experiment, any reasonable quad will fly, but do your homework before you buy stuff.
I would recommend starting with a cheap alien/reptile 500 quad + landing gear from eBay (about $16 + $3 shipped). If you put cheap 2212 motors ($5) on it, it will fly, but won't lift much. You really can't get much cheaper than that and it is a good learning project. Don't buy cheap Lipos from eBay unless they are name brand.
KV900 to KV1200 motors match well with 3s Lipos and roughly 10 inch props

ESCs are another topic. 30a ESCs are cheap and can lift what you ask if you have good motors and matching props... Learn about SiLabs vs. Atmel (CPU) ESCs. I use both, whatever I can get cheaply. I also have the hardware and knowledge to flash both kinds. You should learn about flashing them. I use cheap eBay ESCs, but sometimes they come with old bad firmware, so I always flash them before using them even once.
