Hello,  welcome to LibrePilot.

I did a quick web search for "Hisky hmx 280" and came up with this Banggood page:
http://www.banggood.com/HiSKY-HMX280-HMX-280-4CH-2_4G-6-Axis-Gryo-RC-Quadcopter-CC3D-FC-RTF-p-983329.html

and these two manuals:
http://img.banggood.com/file/products/20160202010912InstructionForMatchingDXradio&Talon.pdf
http://imgmgr.banggood.com/images/upload/2015/08/HMX280%20User%20Manual%202015-7-31.pdf

Assuming that is your copter my first question would be are you sure the transmitter is bound to the receiver?  Did you go through their binding/matching procedure successfully?

Are you using the current LibrePilot or the old OpenPilot GCS software?  What transmitter and receiver are you using, it looks like they sell the hmx280 both with and without a transmitter and receiver.

Post your uav config file as an attachment to a message.  With the board connected go to file->export uav settings.

Your battery needs to be plugged in to give power to the reciever, if you unplugged it after the esc and motor setup part that is.  I can't remember how many times I've freaked out and then realized I've forgotten to power up first. But yeah all hwh said.
