Please help me, this is for my capstone research project to graduate. For some reason when I complete the setup wizard, nothing happens, no motor movement or anything.

You must configure how you want it to arm. The default is disarmed.
Configuration -> Input -> ArmingSettings
Then you must arm it, then the motors will turn.
