After a crash, a red cross appeared on the ATTI box on the System Health panel and quad refuses to arm. The same problem occurred a few months ago and I managed to fix it by reuploading the software but this time it is persistent: the error has remained after reuploading the software.
I crashed on soil not that hard at all (the frame was still one-piece). What might be the problem here? Is it really possible that the G-shock has malfunctioned the gyros?

Be sure you do not move the board and wait Attitude initialization.
The AttitudeSettings > BoardSteadyMaxVariance value can be increased if your sensor becomes noisy.

Thanks for the help.
How long does an Attitude Initialization take? I have been waiting for a long time now (~30 minutes) without moving the board; the error still remains.
-
Board wait to be steady for a few second and do a Gyro init.
If sensor become noisy he never think the board is steady > increase BoardSteadyMaxVariance value

I see that your input is red. I would fix that first.
Look on the input page and see if you can manually tweak it. If not, run the transmitter wizard that you will find there.
