Need some help here with the vehicle setup wizard.
My QAV 250 does not have One Shot ESC's.
During calibration I selected the rapid esc 500hz.
After calibration my motor screen looks like this.
My Flight data health page also give me a warning stating
improper config.
I remember doing it this exact same way in the OP setup wizard and
don't recall having these problems..
Any clues?

PWMSyncr need inputs configured like Oneshot.
Like PPM+OneShot for receiver

I have a question related to that screenshot...
Is it bad to up the Minimum for all 4 motors up to something like 1000? Or should the sliders stay far left? I keep them far left on my 250 quad, but I have them upped a little on my 400 Vtail frame.
Does it cause them to run harder or throttle faster with less stick movement?

The standard procedure sets it up so that min is 1000, max is 2000, runs ESC calibration (with min=1000 max=2000), and then asks you set each neutral to be the lowest number that makes the motor run reliably. Neutral can vary a little from channel to channel.
Even good brushless motor systems can take a significant fraction of a second to start running if stopped and sometimes more time. Worse if they are windmilling backwards? It's generally considered to be best if the motors are never allowed to stop. Stabilization code make sure the motors never go below neutral, so they never stop unless you have the throttle stick all the way down. If you set neutral to 1000, the motors will sometimes be asked to stop just because of stabilization.
