They are probably focusing on Phantoms.  Anything else and the birds get hurt too often.

Sharp carbon props, heavy (powerful) vehicle, not just sitting there in one place GPS hold.

Video includes a bald eagle too.  :)

I see a lot of beakless and feetless birds in the future if this is the case.
