Title: cc3D wire #6 what is it for?

Anyone tell me what the 6th yellow wire from the cc3D board do?? It's plugged into CH 6 on my Rx. Do I need it?

Normally not. But if can link a knob to the Ch6 of your Tx, then you can use the knob for TxPID or EasyTune. It's an auxiliary channel, useful for many purpose, example, you can assign it a PWM output to command a discovery buzzer, a video switcher and so on.
